Wear safety equipment helmet while Drink water before, during and after aerobic
riding a bike or batting a baseball activity to prevent from overheating

Wear tennis shoe to prevent Warm-up before you exercise and cool down after
foot and ankle injuries. you exercise to reduce chance of muscle injuries.

2. Pay attention to cars coming in and out of
driveways while riding on a sidewalk.
3. Walk your bike across the street.
4. Cross the street at a crosswalk and not between
parked cars.

Concussions
A concussion is an
injury to the brain
caused by a hit to
the body or the
head that causes
a temporary loss
of thinking or
physical abilities.
What can cause a Concussion?
