Plans for the Year:
• The website will be maintained and updated by a team of staff members. It will be updated bi-
weekly and will include all important information, dates and happenings.
• The Administration will send memos for any urgent events, happenings or dates.
• A team will distribute a school newsletter on every parent’s night for the community. It will be
approved before distributed.
• Parent Organizations will meet with the administrators and staff members to develop plans for
the month.
• When possible staff Pd’s will by various teacher teams- teachers will be separated by subject
areas.
• PBSIS will be run by the guidance and child study teams and they will meet with referred
students during monthly club days. The nurse and security will also be a part of the team.
• Office staff will be trained on how to make all visitors in the building welcomed.
• A visitor’s exist slip will be used for comments and suggestions. These will be reviewed by the
administrators and possible the SIP Team at the school.
