CISCO WEBEX

• Online conferencing tools don’t get more professional than Webex. They
describe themselves as a software-as-a-service company who produce and sells
meeting software integrated with real-time content sharing. Cisco Webex
Meeting is one of the most widely used free online meeting software suites on
the market.
• Features:
• Tools for brainstorming sessions inclusive of screen, app, and file sharing.
• Multimedia content sharing through calls or web conferencing tools.
• HD video conferencing for free online meetings of up to 6 people.
ZOOM MEETING ONLINE

• Zoom offers customizable backgrounds, group messaging, web


meetings, and online conferencing tools – all in one package.
• Features:
• Meetings feature allows you to collaborate, give training, or even face-
to-face technical support.
• Comes with both screen sharing and whiteboard facility. You have an
additional remote screen control feature lots of others just don’t have.
• Webinars can be run instead of a free web meeting – these cater to up
to 100 students.

• GoToMeeting uses a high-security encryption in its software, allowing a


safer, more secure connection. On top of that security, it also provides
for excellent picture and audio quality with a vast array of control
options.

across devices.

• if you are looking for excellent online conferencing tools, then we advise
you to check out Free Conference. Their whiteboard feature allows
collaboration from all participants. The software takes an MP3 recording
and sends it to you to make minutes easier… they even give you
transcriptions and access to an online catalog for past meetings.

• Mobile compatible – probably the most thorough set of tools for

on with your Google account – who doesn’t have one of those nowadays?
