• Basing Episodic Pivots From a Month Ago
• Gap up in the last 10 days (no trend requirement)

Morning Scans & Process
• 5:45am – 9am PST – Stops are paused
• Looking for Price & Volume Burst
• ToS Anticipation Quote List sorted by % Change
• TC2k Tab 1: Universe Sorted by Change Since Open
– Close > Yesterday’s High
• TC2k Tab2: Breakout From Low Range Scan
– Low Range Yesterday [C1 < C2 * 1.01 AND C1 > C2 * .99]
– Price % Change Today > 2
• TC2k Tab 3: Stocks up 2% sorted by Volume Burst
• TC2k Tab 4 & 5: - 4% & Power Breakouts
• What’s Moving in last 30 mins –ToS
– Stocks up at least 2%
– Up 1% in last bar (30 mins)
Mid-day Process
• Lunch 12pm-1pm PST coincides with the last hour of
trading.
• Nurse open positions
– Sell into strength
• Discretionary – Start looking for exit after 3-5 days or 8% gain
– Tighten Stops
• Break Even stop after 4% profit.
• Entry Focus is on Alerts & Reactionary Breakouts
– Price & Volume Burst
• Alerts contain enough info to enter trades quickly:
– # of shares to purchase per account
– Initial Stop Loss

• Plug – Nothing special. Simple 4% (power) Breakout
• Entered 2/25 3.70$
• Exit ½ Next day on 13% Gap up – News / Catalyst
• Exit Rest on 3/10 – Super gain! – Not the norm.
• Right stock / Right time. Luck of the draw.
When all is said and done
I focus on one setup.
