has increased as man has
made technological
advances and the world
population has grown.

Livestock farming is part of the Livestock Industry and is
dedicated to raising animals for human consumption and
obtaining meat, milk, wool, fur, among others. It is an
economic activity within the primary sector that develops
the breeding, treatment and reproduction of domestic
animals. It arises as an activity that ensures food,
clothing, utensils and eventually the transportation
necessary to survive, without depending on hunting, thus
allowing man to become sedentary and avoiding human
mobilization to survive.
