called Debranching enzyme
(Glucan transferase).
Each enzyme of glycogenolysis
has its use and ability to break a

Phosphorylase enzyme can only


break alpha 1,4 glucosidic bonds
while Glucosidase enzyme can
only break alpha 1,6 glucosidic
bonds.
