Main Elements Atmosphere Group
Group atmosphere that interrelationships of all the people involved in the
group, can be a vehicle where each member of the group (individual) can
utilize all the information, comments, and various reactions of other group
members for the benefit of himself that has to do with self-development
members of the group concerned

Five things are (Prayitno, 1995: 27-30):

1. The dynamic interrelationships between members
2. Common goals
3. The relationship between the size of the group (members) with the nature of
the group's activities
4. Faith and attitude towards others
