 Noticed a
painless swelling
over the left
maxillary
alveolus about
one and half
years back
 The swelling
grew gradually
 About 3 months
back she noticed
discharge arising
from the swelling
EXAMINATION FINDING

 Oral hygiene very poor


 Multiple broken broken
down teeth affecting the
upper arch
 Firm to hard globullar
swelling involving the
upper left alveolus with
broken down 2nd
premolar and 1st molar
tooth associated with it
 The swelling also
presents with a
discharging sinus over
the buccal vestibule

 C/S of discharge
