Introduction
The 8th Tri Ilocos Norte Triathlon “TINMAN 8” is a
swim, bike and run event, organized by Tri Sports
Solution Inc. and Tri North Team, hosted by the
Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte together
with LGU-Pagudpud, LGU-Bangui and LGU-
Burgos. Said events will be participated by the local
and foreign sport enthusiast.

The race will start with swim leg at the shoreline of

Barangay Saud, Pagudpud then participants head
off onto their bikes and pedal their way towards the
National Highway passing through the Windmill
Farm of Bangui and Burgos, before going back to
Pagudpud.
 
Various threat groups both local and international
may take actions that can cause disorder which
may disrupt the activities and endanger the lives of
the participants to the detriment of our national
interest.
Mission
INPPO, through the TG “TINMAN 8” and in coordination with the organizers and other involved
agencies, will provide full security coverage, traffic management and undertake related
administrative and operational activities to ensure the successful conduct of the ”8th Tri Ilocos
Norte Triathlon “TINMAN 8”.
Execution
All personnel of Burgos MPS will be placed in full
alert to ensure zero incident and safety of the
delegates of the 2020 TINMAN 8 during their travel
within AOR.
 
Burgos MPS shall organize Task Group “8th
TINMAN CHALLENGE 2020” to be headed by
PCPT SHERYLL C GUZMAN, COP designated as
Task Group Commander to provide traffic/route
security assistance and supervision of all police
operations in AOR with PSMS Arzel C Alipio
designated as Deputy Task Commander with
members from the QUAD Staff: PCpl Edward
Mateo, Intel PNCO; PMSg Haslyn B Utleg, OPN
PNCO; PMSg Darwin P Macalma, Invest PNCO;
and PSSg Myra C Alcaraz, PCR PNCO.
Task Organization
● Designated as Task Group Commander;
CHIEF OF POLICE ● Supervise the deployment of the task personnel; and
● Perform other tasks as directed.

● Designated as Deputy Task Group Commander;

● Assist the Task Group Commander in providing strategic
DEPUTY CHIEF OF POLICE traffic/route security assistance; and
● Perform other tasks as directed.

● Conduct threat assessment in relation to the activity;

● Monitor the activities of various threat groups;
INTELLIGENCE SECTION ● Provide timely intelligence report to higher headquarter ;
● Orchestrate the conduct of intelligence operations against
persons/organized crime groups;
● Serves as OPR in the implementation of this IMPLAN;
OPERATIONS SECTION ● Designated as Secretariat and Liaison Officer for the
activity; and
● Render necessary reports to Higher Headquarters;.
 ● Provide logistical support to all tasked personnel;
LOGISTICS/ FINANCE ● Provide the supplementary fund support to tasked
OFFICER offices/units; and
● Perform other tasks as directed.
● Inform the public through quad-media;
● Coordinate to LGU for the availability of Ambulance to be
PCR SECTION prepositioned at the National highway (Mun. Plaza)
vicinity of Brgy Poblacion this municipality; and
● Perform other tasks as directed.

● Supervise the investigation of violation of laws and the

INVESTIGATION SECTION disposition of all cases relative to this IMPLAN; and
● Perform other tasks as directed.

● Monitor the activities of the delegates while in AOR;

● Render necessary report to Higher Headquarters;
