Tadasana (Mountain Pose)

• If the levels of oxygen


in the brain are
reduced, it results in
poor concentration.
• Tadasana increases
the levels of oxygen in
the spinal cord and
frontal part of the
brain.
Vrikshasana (Tree Pose)

• Vrikshasana helps
improve balance.
• It also gives your
body a
proper posture and
boosts
concentration.
Garudasana (Eagle Pose)

• Garudasana
strengthens the
muscles of your legs
and balances your
body.
• The pose gets rid of
urinal problems,
prevents asthma, and
calms you down.
Ustrasana (Camel Pose)

• Ustrasana strengthens
and stretches your back
and improves your
posture.
• It relieves backache
and improves
respiration, digestion,
and excretion.
Pranayama

It establishes control on the entire breathing process, and helps


maintain mental equilibrium, and concentration of mind, with
regular practice habit of deep breathing is developed which
results in several health benefits.
