    Geeks are the knowledge workers who specialize in the creation,
    maintenance, or support of high technology.

     They are everywhere.


     Everyone knows who they are.
     They are highly intelligent, extremely valuable and independent
    minded workers.
     For Example,
    Programmer, Architect, Trainer
    Why Geeks Matter?
     VUCA world. Consistently changing market scenario.
     Technological innovation remains one of the most important
    component
     companies have become dependent on the people who create,
    maintain, and support.
     Geeks are one of the most important human resources within almost
    every organization
     But they remain a mystery to most managers because
    1. Geeks are different
    2. Geekwork is different
    3. Power is useless with geeks

    The ultimate goal of geek leadership is to harmonize the content and
    context in order to drive the productivity and creativity of geeks.
