Business Theme
Philippine Carnivals are budget friendly, the
entertainment are very diverse, you could play games,
watch a show, compete with people to earn a specific
prize and eat great food with a relatively low cost. The
food is awesome, cheap and delicious. A carnival is a
place to enjoy eating cheap street foods yet delicious and
can satisfy cravings. And that is why our group was
inspired to use it as a business theme.
Vision Statement
Our vision is to create and offer products that are
rarely seen (not available) in SLMCS’s school
cafeteria. To be able to satisfy the needs, wants and
demands of our customers in the near future. We
will also be working hard to meet the aimed profit
of our business and establish a stable running
business that generates profit.
Capital
For the business capital each group
member will invest ₱100.00 as initial
investment for the said business. With the
total amount of ₱1,000.00, we shall start
our business.
Marketing Strategy
Our group is planning to print fliers to use as
handouts to promote and advertise our business
and products. We will also use social media
platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,
etc.) to attract customers for our business. We will
also prepare promotional events for our loyal
customers by the use of loyalty cards.
Product Description
Philippine Street Food, also known as Pagkaing
Kalye in Filipino, is a wide variety of inexpensive
cuisines that you can buy from vendors or peddlers
on the streets. It is essentially influenced by other
neighboring countries’ dishes like Chinese and
Japanese, taken to the nest level and given a
Filipino twist.

Fishball
Fishballs are made with fish paste
and boiled in a soupy broth or
deep fried which is common in
the Philippines as a street food.
Kikiam
Kikiam originated from a Chinese delicacy
called Ngo Hiang which is made out of mixed
pork and seafood wrapped in a bean curd
skin, luckily this is still available in Chinese
specialty shops in the Philippines it is the also
the most popular street food.
Squid Balls
Squid balls are not the testicles of a squid
pureed but rather cooked balls of squid, often
served as part of a Dim sum selection. The
raw of squid is pureed, mixed with some flour
and spices formed into a ball and then
steamed or fried.
Hotkwek
Hotkwek are hard boiled quail eggs
and hotdogs dipped in a bright orange
batter, then deep fried. The batter is
composed of flour, baking powder,
pepper, food color, seasoning mix.
Twist Stick
Twist Sticks is made from
cheese and mashed potato
wrapped in a lumpia wrapper,
then fried.
Fishkwek
Fishkwek is a fish fillet mashed in a
batter, then deep fried. The batter is
composed of flour, baking powder,
pepper, and seasoning mix.

sugar, salt, pepper, and
cucumber.
Sweetsalahat
Sweetsalahat is made from
minced garlic, a teaspoon of
seasoning mix, sugar, corn
starch, and soy sauce.
Hotlikeme
Hotlikeme is made from minced
garlic, a teaspoon of seasoning
mix, sugar, corn starch, soy sauce
and chili peppers.
Product Analysis

products.

Working Schedule

Stall Design
For the business stall, we incorporated
Philippine carnival features as stall
designs. Using colors that befits our
business logo, our stall design
included bandiritas to capture the
carnival vibe.
