 HISTORY
The project starts at the end of the year 2016 with the goal of showing the service of the Daniel’s
Mexican kitchen. Between 1998 and 2018 Daniel worked as a waiter in different places of Mexico
such as Nuevo Vallarta in that state of Nayarit, Acapulco, Guerrero, where he was born and Los
Cabos, Baja California Sur, where he currently resides. Through the years Daniel realized the
importance of tourism in the area of Los Cabos, and how so many tourists are eager to enjoy
Mexico’s great variety of traditional cuisine.

Mexico’s gastronomic wealth is vast and diverse. Sopes, enchiladas, mole and tacos are just a few
examples of what we offer at Daniel’s Mexican kitchen. Our service is personalized. Next, in our
menu, you will find descriptions of our dishes.
