OBJECTIVES OF THE
TRAINEE
0 To learn about professionalism
0 To implement theoretical learning into practical.
0 To learn about bodies of the government and their
functioning.

ORGANIZATION
0To ensure accountability in the development process.
0To facilitate young leaders and accountapreneurs.
0To provide recognition of the public official with
integrity.
0To create awareness on corruption, migration and help
to link community people and government bodies.
0To conduct the yearly programs like Integrity Icon Nepal
(ICN), Integrity Summit, Integrity School, etc.
0To conduct different events and sessions for staffs,
volunteers and publics.

VISION OF ORGANIZATION
0 It has a vision of world in which people with power
are accountable.
MISSION
0 The core mission of A Lab is to develop positive
concept of anti-corruption among the officials of
government agencies and among the youths of Nepal.
GOALS
0 To aware the government stakeholder by promoting
positive and integrity
0 To create awareness among community people
government policy and regulation.
0 To Support and collaborate with organization sharing
with same interested to create synergy effect.
LEARNING OF THE TRAINEE
0 Trainee learnt the strategies of rapport building
through the games and activities of the orientation
session.
0 Trainee learned the skill of leadership and
professionalism. She also learned to facilitate and
manage an event as an organizing team member.
0 Trainee learned to communicate with the public and
convince them politely. She learned to work more in
less time.
LEARNING CONTINUED…
0 The decision making capacity and communication
skill was developed by trainee.
0 The spontaneity of trainee was developed and also
many ideas and knowledge according to the sessions
were generated.
Strength
0 The working environment and mutual respect among
the staffs and members of the organization is
outstanding.
0 Projects like Integrity Icon Nepal is one of the most
effective programs of the organization which aware
the public.
weakness
0 Accountability Lab, Nepal is not been able to advertise
itself more than it should have been who is working
for such good issues.
0 The working space is not enough nor the number of
staffs.
Opportunities
0 Opportunity to work and learn various new things
with various popular peoples on the sessions.
0 Platform for the Youths from various backgrounds to
come along and learn about Accountability, Integrity
and Responsibility.
Threats
0 Public are totally unaware and most of them have
misconception regarding the Integrity icon.
0 Lack of sufficient human resource.
Strengths of the trainee
0 Negotiating and persuading: For the program we need
volunteers so I had to persuade many people to join
the program and for sure it was a huge success.
0 Learning by doing: I got to learn so many things
practically all the organizational tasks like reporting,
filing, documentation, flow of information, and much
more.
Weakness of the trainee
0 Could not develop more effective relationship with the
volunteers due to lack of time.
0 The nervousness in the government offices as they
ask many cross questions.
Opportunities
0 The learned skills can be applied more and explored
in other organizations.
0 Working with different professionals i.e. volunteers
and facilitators of the program were a learning
opportunity.
Threats
0 To convince the people to participate and listen about
the awareness program.
0 To conduct the event of organization.
