DECLARED VALUES

It is also called as Intended Values wherein it exist


in the corporation’s policies and mission statement.
OPERATIVE VALUES

It is also called as Lived Values, these are the values


that are lasting and are lived from day-to-day by the
members of an organization.
VALUES HELD AND
PRACTICED CONSISTENTLY
 Putting the values into practice consistently.
 Values must be both understandable and
attainable. At least members of the organization
must constantly aspire to practice them.
 Values are the bedrock of exceptional
performance.
 Shared values produce shared results.
