The DC series air conditioner is a cooling product developed for cabinets
to maintain the environment within desire range for temperature and humidity
sensitive electronic devices.

Internal cycle air path absorbs


hot air from the upside, and disc
harges the cold air from the dow
nside of the air conditioner.

External cycle air path absorbs


the external cold air from the do
wnside, and discharges the hot

Step1: Press “ENTER” to move to password input interface shown as fig. a;


Step2: Press “RIGHT” to move the cursor to the last bit shown as fig. b;
Step3: Press “UP” to change the last bit to 1 shown as fig. c, and then press
“ENTER” to confirm the input.

Tips :The user password is “0001”.

Replace the Controller

Tools: Screwdriver set, screwdriver, clamp 
multi-meter, cutting pliers, long nose pliers,
socket wrench.
Steps:1.Remove 4 screws retaining the
controller;
2.Clean glue retaining the connectors with a long
nose pliers;
3.Disconnect connectors on the controller and
replace it.

1. All electrical work should only be perform


ed by qualified electrical personnel.
2. Disconnect power before servicing this
unit
3.Take photos before any operation
in case of forgetting how to connect
the wires .

Replace the Infan

Tools: Screwdriver, cutting pliers.

Steps:
1.Open the front cover and 4 screws retaining
the fan;
2.Cut the cable ties and remove 4 screws
retaining the fan;
3.Replace the fan.

1. All electrical work should only be performe


d by qualified electrical personnel.
2. Disconnect power before servicing this
unit. the unit is power off and the fan is
resting.
Replace the Outfan

Tools: Screwdriver, cutter.
Steps:
1.Open back cover and disconnect the fan
connector carefully;
2.Cut the cable tie and remove 4 screws
retaining the fan;
3.Replace the fan.

1. All electrical work should only be perform


ed by qualified electrical personnel.
2. Disconnect power before servicing this
unit. the unit is power off and the fan is
resting.
Replace the LCD

Tools: Screwdriver, cutting pliers.


Steps:
1.Open the front cover and disconnect
connectors 1&2;
2.Remove 3 screws retaining the LCD;
3.Replace the LCD.

1. All electrical work should only be performe


d by qualified electrical personnel.
2. Disconnect power before servicing this
unit
3. When tightening the screws, do pre-
tight screws and finally firmly tight them.
Replace the Keypad

Tools: Screwdriver, cutting pliers.


Steps:
1.Open the front cover and disconnect keypad
connector
2.Remove 3 screws retaining the LCD;
3.Replace the keypad.

1. All electrical work should only be performe


d by qualified electrical personnel.
2. Disconnect power before servicing this
unit
3. After removing the fault one, make sure
the panel is clean before replacement.

pipe, clean the pipe if it is blocked
Clean the Air Filter and Condenser

Tools: Water gun. 
Steps:1.Turn off the unit;
2.Use water gun to wash the air filter and
condenser directly;
3.Make smooth the drain pipe.

Attention:
1.Most of the faults were cause by condenser dirt
y, therefore, clean the condenser and air filter on
time is a must.
2.Before washing, please turn off the unit first.
