STEPS IN PREPARING A GARDEN SOIL FOR PLANTING
• LAYOUT the garden plots following your garden plan.
Use pegs to mark the corners of the plot then a string to connect the pegs. • Till and break the soil to loosen it. Dig the soil deep enough so that the roots of the plants could easily penetrate into the soil to absorb more nutrients. Pelleted or granular • STEPS IN MAKING COMPOSTING.. • COMPOST is an organic fertilizer made form dead plants and animals. Water, sunlight and microorganisms will induce dead leaves, grass, insects , and other waste materials to decay and become natural fertilizers.
