HOW TO BE A
GOOD UPLINE
step 1; GET THE PROSPECT
REGISTERED
• The first step in being a great upline is getting your
prospect registered with the company.
• Take them through the whole process of registering a
new person.
• Give them their username and password.
• Teach them how to login into their dashboard and help
them interpret the terminologies in the DTC.
• Help them to try out a selection of the companies
products to get their own experience with them.
• Open some of the products for them to take immediately.
Step 2; CREATING A
NAME LIST
• Buy for them a book for their name list.
• This is the best and greatest gift an upline
can give a downline.
• Brainstorm with them at least 20 names from
each of these categories of pple.
• Make a name list of at least 200 names.
• This is the most important activity for all
great uplines.

step 3; BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

• Step 3 is about contacting their warm market to their


new business.
• Set a target with them on how many appointments u
will make daily or weekly.
• Give them a few simple scripts for inviting their warm
markets for appointments.
• This is the fastest way to grow your business and kick
start momentum.
• This will also get duplicated down your business.
step 4; PRESENTING THE OPPORTUNITY

• Teach your new downline how to edify their guest and how to edify you
the upline.
• Make sure u have all the presentation tools.
• Presentation guide, book for circles, statement/ screen shots/ your DTC.
• Present the business as they watch.
• Do with them at least 10 one on ones.
• Your do this for four reasons;
i. To teach
ii. To support
iii. To duplicate
iv. To boost confidence
step 5; FOLLOWING UP

• Some people will join immediately. Some people will


want to try the products or think about it first.
• We now need a simple follow up system for keeping in
touch with people after we have presented to them.
• This includes answering questions, sending them
pictures and video trainings, adding them to a chat
group and inviting them for a bigger presentation.
• Both the upline and down line should follow up the
guests.
step 6; DUPLICATION

• Simply put, DUPLICATION means – whatever you


do, your team does same. They will copy your acts.
• Whatever you want your team to do, first YOU have
to do it, your team will automatically copy that.
• Be the kind of down line you would like to have,
because in MLM, Monkey see, monkey do
• Introduce them to CELL AND SCRIPTS.
