Pantaloons Fashion & Retail Limited is an Indian
clothing retail chain. The first Pantaloons store was
launched in Gariahat, Kolkata in 1997. As of March
2020, there were 350 Pantaloons stores in 160
cities. Pantaloons was previously controlled by
the Future Group, and was taken over by Aditya
Birla Nuvo Limited (ABNL).Headquartered in Kurla,
Mumbai. According to the Brand Trust Report 2014,
a study conducted by Trust Research Advisory,
Pantaloons featured among 100 most trusted
brands in India pantaloons has 340 fashion stores in
160 Indian cities and towns in India. It has retail
space of 4 million square feet.
LOYALTY PROGRAMS
Loyalty programs encourage shoppers to return to stores
where they frequently make purchases. Some of the
incentives may include advanced access to new
products, additional discounts or sometimes free
merchandise. Customers typically register their personal
information with the company and are given a unique
identifier, such as a numerical ID or membership card,
and use that identifier when making a purchase.

Pantaloon Retail India country’s largest retail
company, has now decided to make use of its
customer relationships by launching loyalty
programmes for its various formats, and integrate it
at the same time at the back end to have a better
understanding of customer buying habits.
