Production or Operation Management is the
Management of production so as to produce right
goods, in right quantities, at the right time an dat the
right cost.
The activities covered under this are :
* Designing the product.
* Operation of purchase and storage of materials.
* Planning and Control of factory operation.
* Inventory Control and Quality Control.
* Research and Development.
Marketing Management.
Marketing Management refers to the identification of
consumer needs and supply them the goods and
services which can satisfy their needs.
