messange, designed primarily for human use .
EMAILS ARE OF THREE TYPES:

 Semi-Formal email.- The language is simple, friendly, and casual.

 Formal email.- Suppose we are writing or composing an email for any type
of business communication

 Informal email.- . There are no particular rules for informal email writing.

 Date

 From (describe who send the message)

 To (the address to which the mail is sent)

 Subject (user`s summary of the message

content)
BODY (TEXT FIELD)

 The body contains the text of the message and any attachments to be sent.

 It provides a written record of the communication.

 It can be used anytime and anywhere.

 Email helps to contact or send information to a large group of people.

 We need to have the internet to receive or send emails
