What is ICCG?
- a network of Catholic Guides within the World
Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts
(WAGGGS) that was created as a conference in 1965.

- Established by 20 organizations belonging to

WAGGGS.
- Recognized as an International Catholic
Organization by the Holy See.
ICCG is ruled by the present by-laws as the
disposition contained in the Canonical Law
Code.
It is an International Private Organization of
the faithful with corporate body according to
the canonical 298-311 and 321-329 of the
Canonical Law Code.
The International Catholic Conference of Guiding
keeps regular contact with the diocesteries of
the Holy See in connection with the daily
routine.

The ICCG base its action on the fundamental

principles of the Guiding Movement, as expressed
in the original Promise and Law established by its
founder Robert Baden Powell, supported by the
WAGGGS, and the principles contained in the
Catholic Letter of Guiding.
ICCG actions fall fully within WAGGG’s vision
and mission.

are valued and take action to change the
world.

WAGGGS Mission: To enable girls and young

Along with the Samaritan woman
Gospel: If you knew the gift of GOD …
Jean 4, 5-42

Jesus, tired as he was from the

journey, sat down by the well. When
Samaritan woman came to draw the
water, Jesus said to her, “Will you give
me a drink?”
MEDITATION
I went to the well at midday
Just because that is not to be done!
Have always done what is not to be done!
And without doubt it is no coincidence
That is doing what is not to be done.
I met Jesus
I found him seated beside the well,
he had a weary appearance
Could God be tired?
I thought I would go to the well at midday
When there was nobody there.
MEDITATION

I had people follow me closely

when I pass by.
I thought I would be alone at this time,
but he was there.
As if he has hurried to be there,
When nobody else would be.
As if he dared to be the only one.
The only thing I can say is,
He was there before I.
He made his way the first as he expected to
see me there (…)
THOUGHT
Do I take a time to stop
where Jesus is?
Do I believe that
he is here present
before than even searching him?
PRAYER

Teach me Lord to see

Jesus in my meetings.
Thank you Lord to come to see me
before I ask you
Thank
You
