Recommendation – Type 3
• Taking part in the competition with Option -3 i.e to present to present
both the designs and let the client decide.
• This would go along with their ethic's
• Client will also have an option to chose from.
• e-Type should grow up and broaden their approach to win the
competition (80% as per their expectation).
• This would give them a reputation and take the company to a whole
new level for the business.
Continuation (Recommendation – Type 3)
• The company is ambitious - they want to grow large and hence
winning the logo competition would elevate the reputation.
• Winning the competition would also assure the inflow of more design
requirements by clients and hence they will have the required money
to for growth.
Plan of action
• Short Term Plan:
• Win the competition
• Present both the designs (option 3) to keep with the “edgy” work and also
giving the client an option to choose from.
• As per their estimation , they have a high chance of winning.

• Medium Term Plan:

• Select the clients as per time and resources available
• Building a reputation of creating edgy design.
Continuation (Plan of Action)
• Long Term Plan:
• Select clients with whom the frequency matches.
• Clients which give the freedom of creating edgy designs.
• Build a long term relationship with clients.
• Try building the company across the different Country.
• This would require the company to grow
• Understand the requirement of different clients from different ethnic background.
