What is an Attitude?
If you want to understand a person’s
behavior, you must understand his or her
values.
Values are basic convictions (notions)
about what is right and wrong.
What is an Attitude?
Strong belief about or feeling toward a
person, object, idea, or event.
Values are the foundation for attitudes.
Attitudes are the foundation for behavior.
They are all interrelated.
Positive vs. negative.
Attitudes are Powerful
Being positive enables one to see and think
clearly.
Daily obstacles are opportunities.
