Recommendation for Lecture • Course materials / learning modules
shall be made available in printed form

• Assuming PC is available at home but
no internet connectivity, a USB flash
drive containing lecture slides, notes,
videos/recorded lectures, e-book, journal
articles and other learning materials for
self-paced learning should be sent. (ChE,
CE, ECE, GE, IE)
• Conduct classroom lectures but reduce
number of students and make sure to
practice physical distancing. (ABE, CerE,
IE, ME)

• Conduct of online classes using
online platforms or blended
learning with 50% online, 50%
face-to-face. (AeE, ABE, CerE, ChE,
CE, CpE, ECE, IE, ME, MetE)
• USB flash drive containing lecture
slides, notes, videos/recorded
lectures, e-book, journal articles
and other learning materials for
self-paced learning should be sent.

• Printed course materials and USB
flash drives will be delivered to the
students via courier. Alternatively,
if the students are already allowed
to go out of their homes, students
may pick up the materials from the
school or from an identified pick-up
point, observing social distancing,
wearing masks, and taking other

• Do-It-Yourself laboratory activities
may be conducted by the students
with guidance by the faculty as
long as the intended learning
outcomes/course outcomes are
achieved.
• Reduce / compress laboratory
activities (CpE, IE).
• Field exercises requiring special
equipment should be deferred to
another semester.
• Video of actual experiments for
submission by the students.

downloadable freeware for

should be deferred to another
semester.

perform selected experiment for

results on online learning
platform or video meeting.

students. The students will then
design their own laboratory
experiments based on the
