• Attributive adjective
‫صفات وصفی‬
• ‫صفاتی را گویند که در جمله قبل از اسم قرار میگیرد و مستقیما اسم را‬
‫صفت میکند‬
• These adjs are used before a noun and directly
describe the noun
Examples ‫مثالها‬
Attributive = adjs +noun
• An old ticket • A small square tower
• A young shop assistant • A round cake.

Predicative adjective
‫صفاتخبری‬
• ‫صفات خبری صفاتی را گویند که در ختم جمله بعد از یک تعداد افعال مشخص قرار گرفته و‬
‫بصورت غیر مسقیم فاعل یا اسما را توصیف میکند‬
• Predicatives are used as a complement or in rest of the sentences after
some certain verbs and indirectly describe the subject or nouns
