Introduction

Itis expected today that an individual who wants to

authenticate himself for a service must have a token
and/or password for example identity card, ATM card,
driving license, health card and so on.
Carrying different cards and remembering passwords for different

services is a significant issue for individuals and organizations.

A secure and effective identity management system plays an

important role in the successful deployment of an attendance

management system.
To make the identity management system more secure and reliable

for authentication, biometrics data are integrated in the attendance

management system

Working
Employee had RFID card, when it scan on the machine as well as the
fingerprint scanner the database is updated with respect to time on
server
Arduino use to detect the Fingerprint as well as RFID. Any one can access
for the use.
The database is cloud server we can download the excel sheet from the
database manager of the cloud server
Cloud database server is use to program MySql database using Php script
Embedded c programming (Arduino IDE compiler) is use to program
hardware

Radio-frequency identification (RFID) is the wireless non-contact use
of radio-frequency electromagnetic fields to transfer data, for the
purposes of automatically identifying and tracking tags attached to
objects. The tags contain electronically stored information. This RFID
Reader is a Tiny, simple to use RFID reader module. With a built in
antenna, the only holdup is the 2mm pin spacing. Power the module,
hold up a card, and get a serial string output containing the unique ID
of the card. It has TTL output.

Features of RFID Module:

Operating Voltage: 5V.
Reading Distance: 6-10 cm.
Read frequency: 125 kHz.
EM4001 64 – bit RFID tag compatible.
9600bps ASCII output.

PROBLEM DEFINITION
 Thedevice go damage due to more current
consumption and heat production because of
no real time monitoring system that would
be observed on network.

 Due to more consumption of energy the

billing cost was high.
The interface between the nodeMCU and fingerprint
sensor
attendance is registered successfully on cloud server
Application
 It can be used in industry for employee attendance.
 This system used in colleges as well as school.
