MEANING OF PARTRNERSHIP
Partnership is a type of business
organization in which two or more individuals pool
money, skill and other resources and share profits
and losses in accordance with the capital they
invested.

• MEMBERSHIP
The minimum no. of persons required to form
partnership is two. New Companies Act 2013 has
prescribed the maximum number of members in case of
partnership firm should not be more than 100.

Partnership is the result of an agreement


between two or more persons to do business.

shared equally.
