 Culture is the characteristics

and knowledge of a particular
group of people, surrounding
language, religion, food,
social habits, music and arts.
 What is Organizational culture

 It is defined as the underlying

beliefs, assumptions, values and
ways of interacting that
contribute to the unique social
and psychological environment
of an organization.
