Introduction:
It started as a simple bakery on 2 July, 1996
by Haji Mohammad Anwar. First & foremost
they used to have biscuits and chocolates at
their bakery only and then after a month they
introduced milk to their items. Now from a
small bakery they have expanded their
branches and have opened chain of Ice cream
parlour as well as fast – food.

1) Strengths:
Shaheen bakers provide quality in products with
reasonable price.
Well Organized Structure.
Providing Home Delivery Services.
It is easily accessible almost everywhere in the city.
Shaheen does not give franchise or partnership to
anyone.
Strong distribution channel.
High market share.
Customer Retention.

2) Weaknesses:
Shaheen dairly is not focusing properly on promotion tools
such as advertisements.
Proper Parking is not available on each and every branch.
No proper focus on a single business trying to expend
business through diversification.
3) Opportunities:
Shaheen dairy can increase their target market by capturing
other cities which consist of the potential customers.
Because of the quality shaheen provides in their products can
come up with the different market of bakery products.

4) Threats:
Changing of consumer preferences is a major
threat of any organization.
Tax increases placing additional financial
burdens could be a threat as well.
No innovative product.
Lack of new technology.
