Setting The Clock and Day

Press and hold button

Time and day indications will flash


If its flashing it can be changed – and must be confirmed

Use to set the time (note 24 hour clock)

Use to set the day

Use to confirm the settings

Time and day will stop flashing

The time and day are now set

NOTE – if the controller has no power for 1 hour the clock and day settings will be lost
(Scheduled timer settings will be saved)

To check if any actions have been programmed in the controller


Browsing the programmed actions
only the button has to be used

Press the button to enter browse mode

The icon appears and MON will flash


If 1 appears next to at least one action is programmed for Monday

The information on the screen is the schedule that has been programmed

If 1 does not show then there are NO actions programmed

Each press of the button will display the next programmed action for MON

If all 5 programmes for MON have been used 12345 will be displayed

After 5 the controller will browse


TUE in the same way followed by the
remaining days in the week WED THU FRI SAT SUN

After SUN the current day is displayed and will go off

Indicating that browse mode has ended

Browse mode can be terminated at any time by pressing button

To set the controller to switch ON at 0700 at 22c and off at 1800


Setting a basic timer action
Press MON will flash and will stay ON (browse mode)
1 Press and HOLD MON and Will flash (Programming mode)

Press MON and And 1 will flash (first scheduled action)

Set ON temperature with (22c)

Set ON time with (0700)

Press 12 will flash (second scheduled action)

Press Setpoint will go OFF and OFF will be displayed

Set OFF time with (1800)

(You can set up to 5 scheduled actions each day – in this example only 2 schedules are used)

Confirm the settings or copy to next day (see next page)

You can confirm the settings JUST for the day programmed
Setting a basic timer action OR confirm the programmed day AND copy to the next day
To confirm JUST the day programmed, PRESS and HOLD

TUES and and 1 will flash (first scheduled action for TUESDAY)
Confirming the settings You can now set schedules for Tuesday (same procedure as for Monday)

To confirm the programmed day AND COPY to the next day

PRESS and HOLD AND

MON will go OFF and TUES will be displayed


Mondays settings have now been copied to Tuesday
Will NOT be flashing and so settings copied can NOT be changed

To change a schedule that has been copied from a previous day PRESS and HOLD

Will now be flashing and so settings can be changed

Confirm settings as before – on confirmation of last day (SUNDAY) controller will return to normal display
Schedules for each day have now been programmed but are NOT activated

To activate the schedules press

Will appear on left side of the display indicating the schedules are activated

Changing a setting Press MON will flash and will stay ON (browse mode)

If 1 appears next to at least one action is programmed for Monday

The information on the screen is the schedule that has been programmed

If you wish to change the settings, time or temperature or add another schedule

Press and HOLD MON and And 1 Will flash (Programming mode)

If its flashing it can be changed – and must be confirmed

Make required changes and confirm the settings or copy to next day

Programming mode can be terminated at any time by pressing button

Deleting all Programmes

It is possible to delete ALL the programmed actions in the controller,


to clear mistakes and return to factory settings

Press and HOLD AND for at least 5 seconds

ALL programmed actions will be deleted

Permission Level Setting


Permission level setting allows controller functions to be limited

There are 3 permission levels 1 – 2 and 3


Level 1 - 2

Permission level 1 – all functions allowed (factory set)

Permission level 2 – TEST and PROGRAMMING buttons are disabled

Permission level 3 – as permission level 2 and also MODE button disabled

To change from level 1 to 2 you must press 4 buttons together

Press first, followed by

There will be no indication of permission level set, other than some buttons are disabled

To change back from level 2 to 1 - press the 4 buttons again

Permission Level Setting Permission level setting allows controller functions to be limited

There are 3 permission levels 1 – 2 and 3


Level 1 - 3
To change from permission level 1 - 3 you must first make a field
setting on the controller

Press button 5 seconds

Set setting 1b with button

Set code number 0 – 02 with button

Push to confirm the setting

Press button one time to return to normal screen

To change from level 1 to 3 you must now press 4 buttons together

Press first, followed by

There will be no indication of permission level set, other than some buttons are disabled

To change back from level 3 to 1 - press the 4 buttons again

Home leave will set frost protection from the controller
Setting Home Leave Function When the controller is OFF if the temperature drops to 10c the controller will come ON and
start the system in heating mode until the temperature reaches 15c, it will then switch OFF,
no adjustments to the on temperature can be made
Home Leave Mode must first be enabled in the field setting mode.
Indoor unit must be switched off before the Home Leave Mode can work.

Press the buttons together

If the icon flashes but does not stay on the home leave function has not been enabled

Press button 5 seconds

Set setting 1b with button

Set code number 1 – 02 with button

Push to confirm the setting

Press button one time to return to normal screen

To activate the home leave function, press together

The Home Leave function icon will appear on the screen to confirm that the function is enabled

The Home Leave function icon will flash on the screen when the function is activated (at 10c)

start the system in heating mode until the temperature reaches 15c, it will then switch OFF,
no adjustments to the on temperature can be made
Control Sensor Selection Home Leave Mode must first be enabled in the field setting mode.
Indoor unit must be switched off before the Home Leave Mode can work.

The controller uses the sensor in the controller for activation of Home Leave
function, if the controller is not in the controlled space or in a poor sensing position,
then the controller sensor needs to be disabled
The controller in the fan coil return air will then be used

Press button 5 seconds

Set setting 1b with button

Set code number 2 – 02 with button

Push to confirm the setting

Press button one time to return to normal screen

The sensor in the controller is now disabled and the fan coil sensor is used

When you set the Min / Max function the controller will operate only at the
Setting Minimum Maximum Control Min / Max setpoints with a fixed 6c differential between setpoints
Min / Max can be set in the Scheduled Timer programme or as a separate function
To set Min / Max control as a separate function -

Will be displayed
1- Press SETPOINT and MODE will go OFF

25 Will be displayed
2- Press
max and setpoint will be flashing
19 for 5 seconds ONLY
3- Set max setpoint with

4- Press
25 Will be displayed
min and setpoint will be flashing
19 for 5 seconds ONLY
5- Set min setpoint with

NOTE – minimum 6c diff between max and min


After 5 seconds min / max setpoints will go off leaving Displayed – but no setpoints

System is now controlling to max / min setpoints – to turn OFF press

Each fan coil connected to a central controller must


Setting central control address number
have an address number programmed, the address
(when KRP2A or DTA112B is used)
number is the fan coils identity and must be manually
programmed using a wired controller
To set address number –

Press button 5 seconds

00 setting will be on the screen with GROUP 1-01

GROUP will be flashing

Set group number with button

Push to confirm the setting

GROUP will STOP flashing

Press button one time to return to normal screen
