 I am working under kids-wear boys department
 In first week, I met the senior manager Mr. Himanshu of the same department
 He gave me the introduction of company and told me about the different department
of the organization
 Then he briefed me about my role and what he wants me to do
 Then I was researching about my Graduation Project
 I have researched about the market share in kids wear
 Then I have learned about the Sell-Through, Rate of sale and Week on floor and how to
calculate and the use of this
 I have also worked on excel and got to know some new tricks & short-cuts
 Then I was working on the questionnaire to study the mother’s buying behavior
 Then on the weekends, I went to Big Bazaar for around 4 hours a day in the evening
when the footfall is more
 I went there to observe the buying behavior of mother and kids
