OBJECTIVES OF THIS WEBINAR
Terminal Objectives:
Submit 100 % of the teachers’ IPCRF Data for SY 2019 – 2020

Enabling Objectives:

1. Prepare our teachers, raters, and other DepEd personnel who are involved
in the Results-based Performance Management System (RPMS) in
implementing the Phase III of the RPMS Cycle for School Year (SY) 2019-
2020 amid the COVID-19 situation and while transitioning to the new normal

2. Orient key RPMS personnel through the discussion of the following:

• accomplishing the electronic Individual Performance Commitment and
Review Form (IPCRF);
• submitting the IPCRFs of teachers via online; and
• monitoring the submission of the IPCRFs of teachers via online.

3. Use gained knowledge in the submission of the collected teachers’ IPCRF

Data for SY 2019 – 2020.
LEVELLING OF EXPECTATIONS
RATIONALE
• To better support the continuous professional
development of teachers based on the PPST, DepEd-
BHROD seeks to establish baseline data on
teachers’ proficiency level on the first 12 PPST
indicators (and on the succeeding indicators).
• All public schools need to submit data from
teachers’ Individual Performance Commitment and
Review Forms (IPCRF) for each rating period.
• There’s a need to establish a system that will enable
collection and submission of RPMS data across
governance levels
