Tri-Shakti: An Innovation India Initiative
-India is a rapidly growing economy, that being said there are still very basic issues
that need to be addressed for the reputation of the country as well as the betterment
of the masses, one of such a problem is loitering of public places with garbage and
other foul substances. Local authorities are not able to provide enough dustbins in
order to ensure a clean locality. Our prime minister’s initiative of ‘Swach Bharat’ has
been very successful in educating the masses about the importance of cleanliness and
this is a very good time to clean all the roads for good.
- The crime rates in our cities can be cut down if we can just provide a lighting
solution that is potent enough not to leave any dark spots, for this we need a lighting
solution that can be erected in every place wherever it’s needed. The scarcity of
funds with the local authorities as well as the high cost of electricity supplied by fuel
using power plants is a very big obstacle im achieving properly lit roads.
Problems in focus ( Contd.)
• Clean Energy- The system’s base is a solar street light which will
be using a LED luminaire and their will be an option between VRLA
and LI-ion battery packs. The power of the Luminaire and the
battery capacity will depend upon the area in focus.
• Dustbins- The system will incorporate dustbins both for wet and
dry waste.
• Advertisement hoardings- the system has a customisable and
illuminated advertisement panel.
Special mentions.
-We would like to start putting up a few poles on the roads of New
Delhi and would like to observe this as a Pilot project.
-We would like to provide these poles free of cost to the local
authorities for the initial stages, the maintenance of the poles will
be monitored by us.
-We will only be claiming the revenue generated by the add
hoardings from the poles put up in the pilot project.
These observations will facilitate us as well as the local authorities
to move further and make this a full scale project
