We usually put frequency adverbs before the main verb.
But we put frequency adverbs after the verb be.
We also use frequency expressions with the simple present to talk about
regular habits.

We use to talk about things that are

• We often use the present continuos with time expressions suuch
as(right) now, today, this week/ month at the moment
