VOWELS vs. CONSONANTS

Items have been grouped on whether


their first letter begins with a vowel or a
consonant. It does not appear to be
providing a viable method of
classification.

PERISHABLE vs. NON- PERISHABLE

Items have been grouped on the basis of


their perishability so that perishable
items (like pepper- mint tablets, tic-tac
and paper) are kept at visible positions
and can be used before the end of their
shelf life.
