THE IMPACT OF TEAMWORK
Teamwork has a dramatic effect on organizational
performance
a) An effective team can help an organization achieve
incredible results
b) On the other hand, a team that is not working can
cause unnecessary disruption, failed delivery and
strategic failure.
TEAMWORK – COMMUNICATION
STRATEGY
The vision, mission and objectives, must be clearly
communicated to the membership.
There must be a communication center or department
aptly manned by a team that is:
Polite, Obedient, Loving, Integrity, Courteous,
Encouraging and enlightened.
Technologically sensitive to the needs of the moment.
CONCLUSION
Teamwork in the house of God is a pre-requisite for
church growth.
The Man of God/ Team Leader must have the vision and
mission at heart and ready to communicate and commit
the work to faithful and trusted members.
