• 19.2mg DPPC+ 5.58mg DSPE-PEG+ 4.7mg CHOL.

• 29mg ammonium sulfate dissolved in 2mL DI.
• Columns prepared according to application.

• Preparation of RGD liposomes

Preparation of Control liposomes

• 10mg cyanuric chloride + 1mL pure acetone+ 500µL DI.

• Add 37µL of the solution to liposomes and leave to stir for
3hrs.
• 5mg RGD + 1mL borate buffer.
• Add 346µL of the RGD solution to liposomes then leave to stir
overnight.
