I am a passionate control engineer who enjoys working with electrical things and
love programming automation tools.. I curiously learns new technologies and
trends in automation field and constantly apply them on the applications. I
always develop system aiming user satisfaction, operation clarity, user safety and
aesthetics.
WHAT
I DO
PLC Programming

I make PLC programs using Ladder and structured text language, Which are robust, efficient and easy to
understand.

By the component based software design structure, new features or additional modifications can easily be added
without affecting the existing process.

HMI Development

UI development is what I enjoy the most, I love creating modern, feature rich and most user friendly screen
which easily communicates with the user.

I make sure that the user would know the range of the inputs, status of the machine, reason and remedy of non permitted
operation and alarms. And I believe HMI defines the face of the machine.
Electrical Schematic & BOM

By my hands on experience and knowledge in electrical engineering and electrical safety standards, I am
able to design an optimal system.

The system would be designed completely by ensuring reliability and safety of each components as well as the entire
system.

My familiarity in various brands and experience would make me select optimal components by accounting budget, safety
level, environment and preferred brand.

IIOT

By using node-red and cloud platforms, the required process data can be pushed on to the cloud, also remote
monitoring & control as well as sms & email notifications can be enabled.

A concept project which to reduce the work or mimic the work of a shopkeeper hence ensuring high precision and fastest delivery. By 4
load cells, the weights are been monitored and according to the user’s target weight input, system will choose the exact combination (if
available) or the most closest combination.. Using a cartesian robot the combination is packed and then delivered to the end user.
