The Radio Spectrum is a natural resource that is unlike the other resources of
water, land, etc.

It is a resource that is available equally to every Country

It cannot be used up like the other natural Resources

It is limited to the extent that electronic devices can be developed to


produce higher frequency radio waves

If it is not used, it is wasted

The use of the Radio Spectrum is also limited by the capability of management to
make the radio spectrum available for all uses
