is more engaged in CSR activities?
Research Objectives
• To determine the influence of achivement on employee
job satisfaction in small and medium enterprises in Nepal.
• To identify the influence of work and CSR itself on job
satisfaction in industry.

• To examine the influence of advancement on employee


job satisfaction.

• To investigate the influence of autonomy on employee job


satisfaction in small and medium enterprises
• To analyze the influence of recognition on job satisfaction.
Statement of Hypothesis
• H1: There is significant relation between job satisfaction and
CSR.

• H2:There is significant relation between job satisfaction and


work itself.

• H3:There is significant relationship between job satisfaction


and advancement.

• H4: There is significant relation between job satisfaction and


autonomy.
• H5: There is significant relation between job satisfaction and
recognition.

150 total including male and female

Data Analysis
 Descriptive Statistics: Frequency, Mean,
Standard Deviation, Variance and Coefficient
of Variation.

 ANOVA Test

 Cronbach’s Alpha

 Regression Analysis
Findings
• The growth variable has the heighest mean value 3.967 among all
the independent variables which shows that employees are more
satisfied.
• Employees level of satisfaction is more consistent for achievement
variable which is indicated by lowest value of CV.
• The overall level of Job satisfaction of the employees of small and
medium enterprises is 3.92 which represents that the level of job
satisfaction is high and overall consistency level below 20% which
is very good.
• Advancement has the highest significant value of 0.637 with 99%
confidence level, while achievement has the lowest value of
significant 0.531 at 99% confidence level.
• Value of R2 is highest for advancement at 0.637 while job
autonomy has the lowest value of R2 which is 0.319. which
shows that advancement has more effect on job satisfaction
then the other four variable.
• Among the three companies employee job satisfaction of
foodmandu has the heighest average job satisfaction level
while subisu has the lowest average level satisfaction of the
employees.
