Our Potential
Customers are the students
and working adults but we are more
specific to have students based on our
research these are 45,000 of the
students' population here in Dumaguete
and 9% of the students are not from
Since our potential
customers are the students,
students highly go to places where
they are comfortable. We offer air-
conditioned rooms, free wi-fi, clean
and modernized rooms that will
make our customers feel
We ask some customers or students at
St. Paul University
Dumaguete of their feedback on our
business. More likely, students agreed on
our business since some students are far
from home, they usually find rooms near
their school so that they can budget their
allowance and less hassle regarding their
transportation.
Overall, we gained
enough feedback on what to do to
make our business more
accommodating and comfortable.

By setting the price of the service
that we offer, Casa Luna
assures that the price that the
management has set meets the
service that we provide for the
customers. The company sets its
price based on the quality of service
that we offer.
Casa Luna assures that
we can provide a great quality of service
to our customers for us to satisfy them.
We can also certify that our company sets
a friendly-budget because we're also
considering the financial status of our
customers and that is our aim, to make
our customers relaxed and free from
stress.
Casa Luna is unique and
has an affordable price to the people
and offered them with good services.
Price is affordable and less expensive
since Casa Luna provides services to
the people, in which Casa Luna avoids
financial loss and the profit will come
back right soon after.
Pricing a product will
be one of the reasons why customers
differentiate your product from others.
Customers usually buy a product based
on its price aside from its quality. Some
customers choose to have a low price for
the cheaper the product the lesser
they're expenses are without minding its
quality.
That's why the price is a competitive
factor that differentiates our product
or business from other competitors.
Our business offers high-quality
service at affordable prices. Suitable
for those customers who wanted to
feel at home even though they are
from away from their home.

Companies using Guerilla
Marketing rely on their in-your-
face promotions to be spread
through viral marketing or word-of-
mouth, thus reaching a broader
audience for free. Connection to the
emotions of a consumer is key to
guerrilla marketing.
The use of this tactic is not
designed for all types of goods
and services, and it is often
used for more "edgy" products
and to target younger
consumers who are more likely
to respond positively.
Guerrilla
marketing takes
place in public places that offer
as big an audience as possible,
such as streets, concerts, public
parks, sporting events, festivals,
guerrilla
One key element of

marketing is choosing the

right time and place to conduct a
campaign to avoid potential legal
issues. Guerrilla marketing can be
indoor, outdoor, an "event ambush," or
experiential, meant to get the public to
interact with a brand.
To make our business known we will
be going to use Guerrilla marketing
as being defined above as
advertising and also we will post it to
social media for easy access to our
customers to make our business
more known and reliable than the
others.
The best strategy that our company
would get a word from our
customers is through publicity and
sales promotion. First is publicity,
Casa Luna will organize an
event right in the Casa
Luna's facade. The company
will invite celebrities and bands to
The company will first spread out
posters through the street about the
information on the event and its
special guests. In this strategy,
many fans and guests will show up
and eventually explore the place of
Casa Luna .
There would be advertisements between
performances regarding the benefits and
features of the place. Extra Services of
Casa Luna would also be discovered
especially Casa-Lo Dining. The
customers or the guests could enjoy
foods from Casa-Lo Dining while
enjoying the whole event. A great way to
taste our hidden treasure!
The second strategy is the sales
promotion, there could be discounts
for student boarders and senior
citizen boarders. All they have to do
is to present their school identification
card and their senior citizen card.
They can now enjoy the discount!
Also during holidays or special
season, we will announce our special
treats just like having an activity
where everyone could win a free 1
month stay in with all the benefits. In
this strategy, everyone would love the
place and keep on telling everyone
our special services.
All of these announcements is
through posts on social
media, radio announcement
and billboards on some
streets of Dumaguete City.
