PROBLEM
• Variation in the pace of the conveyor belt making it difficult for
the manual work.

• The employees are not well trained nor experienced which is

leading to the mis-coordination of the employees.

• Lack of effective communication and healthy relation between

the employees and their head.

• Wastage of the product is due to the casual attitude of the

employees.
SOLUTION
• The pace of the conveyor belt can be controlled.

• Along with it, use of the new automated machinery can be

made to avoid such human errors.

• Training the employees efficiently.

• Bridging the gap between the employees and their head.
