CHAPTER 21
I FINISH FALLING
EVENT:
Newton fall from the water tower
• Newton fall from the water tower and hit a
massive , inflated rubber mattress , he was
surprised that he is alive.
• As Newton about to holler ,he looked up to
find that Reggie Ratner was plunging down on
top of him.
• Newton passed out.
Holler ≈ give a loud shout or cry
Plunging ≈ thrust onto
Settings and places:
• at the water tower

Moral Value :
• We should be cautious at all time to prevent tragedy or accident from happening

From this event:

• I learned that we should be cautious of our surrounding to prevent accident that is
potentially fatal from happening
Newton Passes out
• After Newton is fallen down from the water tower, he passes out and sent to
hospital
• He been arranged to the same rocover room with his brother, Chris and next to
him
• Newt regains consciousness.His mother tells him that he is in hospital with a
broken ankle and two broken ribs
• Newt’s parents tell him after watching Captain nobody in the water tower news
and what good deeds had he did
• Cecil and jj is interviewing on the TV
• Moral Value : We should be always care about ourself safety at all times

• From this chapter : I learnt that we should care about ourself safety in
any situation .
 Reggie visit Newt

• When Reggie visit Newt, Newt tells his parents that Darrly Peeps
is the one who really knocked out Chris and not Reggie

that Reggie want Newt to keep the things that happened on
the water tank as a secret and he agrees
• Moral value: We should be brave to tell the truth

 EVENT:NEWT WAKES HIS BROTHER
UP
• Newt sees his brother in a coma and his extremely angry that
he cannot help him
• He yells at Chris to hit the showers just like on the morning
of the Big Game. And Chris wakes up.
• Moral value :We should encourage our family members who is in
trouble

this chapter : I learnt that we should always support our family
members who are in trouble and face difficulities.
CHAPTER 23
I WAKE UP IN THE
NEWS
 EVENT : CHRIS WAKE UP FROM HIS
COMA
• It
seems the happiest celebration in the hospital the
moment Chris wakes up from his coma.
• Newt,too, is getting the attention that he has never
experienced before.
• He wants to be the first to talk to Chris but the shot
given by the nurse earlier makes him fall into his
sleep.
• Setting place : Hosptial

• Characters :Chris , Newton ,Mom , Dad , doctors

and nurses

• Moral value :We should love and care our family . For example,
Chris’s parents and Newton very happy when Chris are wake up
from coma.

• From this event , I know that we should be happy when our family
is healthy and appreciate them.
Newt wakes up in the next morning and found
himself at his own house.

Cecil and JJ are also in the house and they start

taking about the media coverage thet they get after
the water tower incident.
EVENT : CHRIS ATTENDS A TV SHOW
• On the other hand , Chris is nowhere to be seen in the house as he is
attending a local television show.
• The hostess and Chris talk excitedly about what had happened and at
the end of the show , Chris shocks everyone who is watching.
• Chris
acknowledged Newt as the hero of the Appleton and he asked
Newt for permission to ride the Victory Parade.
• Thatnight , although Newt cannot get rid of the pain , he refuses to
take painkiller as he wants to wait for Chris instead of falling asleep.
• WhenChris arrives home , they set their eyes for good since the Big
Game incident and miraculously ,Newt can feel the pain fading away.
• Setting place : TV show

• Time : morning

• Moral value :we should love our sibling. For example,Chris acknowleged his brother ,
Newt as the hero of the Appleton and asked him for permission to ride the victory parade.

• From this event , I feel that we have to love our siblings to create a happy and harmony
family.
 CHAPTER 24
A LITTLE OLD LADY MAKES ME
LAUGH
 EVENT : PARADE
• The parade is one of the memorable moments for Appleton as for the first time , The Fillmore
High School band is joined by Merrimac’s marching band.
• Darryl Peeps is not blames for the Big Tackle and even Reggie Ratner gets back his peaceful
life.
REWARD
-Fillmore High School : the championship trophy
-Chris :A gold statue
-Juanita Josephine Gonzalez : a pair of solitaire diamond earrings given by the Sullivans
-Cecil: A set of drums and one year of lessons is bought by the pilot and the passengers of the
small aeroplane . Besides , Cecil’s parents got a pair of ear plugs each.
-Newton :A gold key presented by the mayor of Appleton and crafted by Mr Clay for saving more
lives and enriching many more.
Setting : City Hall

Time : morning

Characters : Chris , Newt , JJ , Cecil , Darryl Peep , Reggie Ratner , The Sullivans couple , mayor , Mr Clay , pilot and
passenger of a small aeroplane

Moral values : We should appreciate people who help us when we in difficult.For example , Mayor presented a golden key
for Newt for saving more lives and enriching many more.

From this event , I think that we should help people in difficulities without expect any in return as one good turn deserves
another.
 When they reach home , the normal routines get back on track ,
with Mom asking Newt when she has misplaced most of her
belongings and Dad gets himself busy with his phone and beeper

But , it is not the same story for Newton Newman since all the
exposure that he has after becoming Captain Nobody.
 EVENT : A OLD LADY MAKES ME
LAUGH
• Newt is now as popular as his brother , Chris ,and event at one point ,Chris tells Newt about
a weird incident during the parade.
• A little old lady from outside town claims that she did know the Newton Newman has an
older brother and that has made Newt laugh heartily.
• The ending comes to a point when Chris jokingly says there is a monster under Newt’s bed
just before he switches off the light.
• Setting place : City hall

• Time : morning

• Characters : A old lady from outside town , Chris and Newton

• Moral value : Love . Newton and his brother show a good relationship between them and Chris
used to say there is a monster under yout bed to play with Newt.

• From this event , I firmly believe that a good relationship inside a family is really important ,
thus we ought to respect and love our family
