We are creating a structure of two floored duplex

bungalow in CBD Belapur for our client.

Stage 1
Preparing a scope statement for detailed
analysis of work to be executed

Stage 2
To create a WBS for breaking up
tasks which can be allotted .

To prepare a Gantt chart
for the same.
 Scope Of the Project
Objective: To construct a bungalow on 3000 sq. area within five months at a cost not to exceed INR 1

Deliverables: The ground floor entrance with a huge gate combined of iron wood with glass (6 x 5 feet). The outer area Verandah
is about 17.9 x 8.6 Sq. Ft area. Once you entered in drawing hall though main door (comprising of size 4 x 7 = 28 feet) with
Italian marble in a area of 19.0'×12.0' with wide window (size 6.0'×4.0.0) one will definitely enjoy the glance. The living room
attached with dinning table area about 4.0 x 6.0 along with an open window around 1.6 x 4.0 with off-white curtains on it. As
you move ahead you will see a modern modular kitchen with chimney (14.0 x 10.0) beside kitchen you will see the entrance for
paragon staircase (3.0 x 7.0) on the right-hand side of that opposite side of the kitchen you will see an Italian bathroom in (110
sq. ft) area with a window size 4.0 x 6.0. Besides that, you will see the entrance door for 3.0 x 7.0 of a bedroom with an area of
10.0 x 15.0 window size 4.0 x 4.0 white marble flooring with furniture, painting, wardrobe and daylight lighting set. As you
move toward staircase open and round you reach 1 St floor right-hand side a small study room 14.0 x 10.0 Sq. with the entrance
door of 3.0 x 7.0 with a window size of 5.0 X 4.0 Sq. Ft Second bedroom area 19.0 x 12.0 Sq. Ft area with entrance door 3.0 x
7.0 Sq. ft with a window size of 6.0 x 4.0 Sq. Ft a bed with a wardrobe along with that a mirror a modern décor your eyes will
get attention, along with balcony attached 17.9 x 8.6 Sq. Ft entrance door 3.0 x 7.0 to it and one small bedroom 10.0 x 19.0. The
second floor is the open terrace
