Financial Officer with Trammell Crow Residential in Boca Raton, and a commercial division controller
with Gerald Hines Interests in Houston , both real estate development companies .

Mr . Frey is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania , with a major in Accounting and a minor
in Economics . He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Texas , a Florida Real Estate Broker , a

licensed Mortgage Loan Originator , and a Community Association Manager in Florida .
