    1. How many products or variants do you launch in a year?

    2. What is the performance measurement criteria of a R&D/Design team?

    3. Do you deal with same set of clients or you have to hunt for new clients?

    4. How often do you make physical prototypes and how many iterations do you undergo?

    5. What is your average time to market?

    6. Is there a gap in demand and supply?

    7. How is your competition ahead of you?

    8. How often do you undergo engineering revision or change? How difficult is it?

    9. Do you participate in marketing events/online marketing/Expo?

    10. Do you make installation or user manual? If yes how?

    11. How much is the IPR GAP between design/R&D team and procurement/shop floor?

    12. Do you still release hard copy drawings to Shop floor?

    13. How much time do you spend in actually designing/innovating excluding all
    documentation, detailing, monotonic & repetitive tasks?

    14. Do you reuse the existing design?

    15. Are you really happy the way you are working?
