 INTRODUCTION

 Anganvadi automation is the process of integrating manual

processes with the help of a website based application.
 Since all the processes are done manually automation makes the
system more adaptive and responsive.
 Through this we are providing a quick survey about pre-school
activities and nutritional information for pregnant ladies and
children.
 We monitor whether the pregnant women and children are
provided with correct nutrition or not.
 Through anganvadies we also provide nutritional
food,vaccination,polio and conduct awareness classes.
This project mainly consists of six modules
 Cdpo.
 Panchayath.
 Teacher.
 Health Inspector.
 Supervisor.
 User.
 CDPO

 Cdpo is commonly known as child development project officer.

 Cdpo can view the registered supervisor and the visiting reports
of the supervisor &allocate duties to supervisor.
 Cdpo is the person who views the panchayat which is registered
and approves the registered panchayat.
 He can view the visiting details of the supervisor and can also
view the teachers who works in each anganvadi.
 The auditing reports are provided to cdpo by panchayat.
 Cdpo can view the complaints of the user.
 PANCHAYAT

 The panchayat announces details about pensions, gramasabha &

scholarships.
 Panchayat is the person who adds teachers ,supervisors and
Health Inspectors to respective anganvadies
 The auditing reports are provided by panchayat to cdpo
 Panchayat can view the user complaints and also view the food
inspection reports from the Health Inspector.
 TEACHER
 Teacher is a person who manages an Anganvadi
 Teacher adds the details of students in Anganvadi their attendance
details
 View the stock details of items provided to Anganvadi.
 A teacher is a person who adds the details of carrying women in
their loacality.
 The visting reports of both cdpo & supervisor is updated by
teacher.
 HEALTH INSPECTOR

Health inspector provides the details about counselling

classes held at anganvadies.
 provides the information about medical checkups,
polio, distribution of cleaning equipments.
Health inspector adds food inspector and sends the food
inspection report to panchayat.
Views the details of the members provided by teacher.
 SUPERVISOR
 Supervisor supervises the activities of anganvadi.
 Adds the stock details of each anganvadi
 Supervisor views the announcments from panchayat and also
views the stock reports from the nursery.
 The supervisor is a person who distributes the stock to
anganvadies.
 Visting report is send to both cdpo & panchayat.
 USER

 User is a person who interacts with the system.

 User can view schoalrships & pensions and also apply them.
 User can send complaints .
 OBJECTIVES OF THE PROPOSED SYSTEM

 The main objective of the proposed system is to provide

automation services for Anganvadi.
 Since there is no possible websites for anganvadies we make use
of this website to interact with users and officials.
 Nowadays we have automation services for every sectors so as
we provide this website it will be a great breakthrough.
 EXISTING SYSTEM

 There exist a website which provides only a few details .

 The website is not user-friendly.
 Information's are not easily accessible by the user .

 Data’s are entered manually.
 Less accurate data is provided .

Feasibility study
 The feasibility study specifies about a cost analysis to check
whether system will perform the task within the proposed budget.
 It includes everything which should be designed and developed
during the project life cycle.
 There are three aspects of feasibility study they are :-
 Economic feasibility :-it specifies whether we can complete the
project within the proposed budget or not .
 Technical feasibility :-here there is a need to check whether the
current computer system can support the software or not.
 Operational feasibility:-whether the operations which are created
is as expected by the user or not.
 PROPOSED SYSTEM

 Proposed system eliminates all the manual paperwork's which

was required when existing system was used.
 the system provides working environment for every officials
who are included in anganvadies.
 When data is provided through this system it increases the
accessibility of records .
 Since this system can be used for different anganvadies the
services which are provided by each if them are easily known.
