Introducción:
The fast food business arrived in Perú in the 1980s, during the most
disastrous times remember in our country. Nowadays, fast food i one
of the biggest expansión businees. Considerate by a sector as a
health problem, while on the oher hant consideret as an alternative in
this time that we live quickly. Being the latter the most important
reason that fast food is preferred by most people.

Fast food is an economic way and it helps us save a lot of time, but is
not good to eat fast food every day because can cause different
health problems. In Lima and Callao , there are 419 places of fast
food and there are 138 in provinces, acoording to stadistics. Modern
Lima presents 11,2 mails for every million people.
