Pants:-
• This trend was introduced in 2018. It was seen
as casual street-wear.
• At first this type of garment was worn by only
few as it was a new style of stripes on jeans.
• It was new and soon caught the attention of
designers and few models and celebs started
buying this kind of garments.
• Later it was introduced as Spring-2018 trend.
 Increase In Popularity:-
• Popular people (actress and models) like Kylie
Jenner, Jenifer Aniston, Deepika Padukone, Alia
Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor, Anushka Sharma,etc. were
seen wearing this trending side strip pants due to
which it gained a lot of popularity.
 Peak Of Popularity:-
• Slowly and gradually a lot of people accepted this trend
and started wearing it as a casual wear or for outing.

• Seeing a lot of popular people like actress or model

wearing this trending side strip pants, many wear
inspired which resulted in the popularity of this trend.
 Decline In Popularity:-
• People after seeing this trend a lot felt it become
common and stopped buying it.

• People were seen wearing those pants as they own it but

the buying of strip pants gradually reduced around 2019.

• People started using it roughly and no more for outing.

 Rejection:
• In 2020, as this trend was common, people stopped
buying it and even wearing it. Hardly anyone was seen
wearing striped pants.

• Then came another trend of military, pleated and knee

high (Capri style) pants.
